Hundreds of volunteers from WSU and the community helped WSU freshmen get settled in their respective residence halls during Move In 2016, on Wednesday in Pullman.

Volunteers helped haul boxes and furniture to students’ rooms throughout the day. WSU is expected to welcome more than 4,000 freshman students when classes begin Aug. 22.

Move In was one of many events during Week of Welcome designed to help new WSU students feel at home on campus, and prepare for the academic year ahead.
