Floyd Cultural Center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registration deadline:<\/strong> Oct. 11, 2023<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keynote speakers:<\/strong> Rita Kumar and Brenda Refaei (<a href=\"#keynote-address\">see below for details and agenda<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time commitment:<\/strong> The conference ran from 9:30 a.m. to 3:40 p.m., but attendees were welcome to come
