Book Club

The Teaching Academy invites all instructors—whether faculty, staff, and graduate students—to join the 2025-2026 book club using the book Creating Culturally Affirming and Meaningful Assignments: A Practical Resource for Higher Education Faculty , edited by Christine Harrington. This fall, the Teaching Academy book club will offer synchronous discussion sessions.

The club is designed to help participants develop teaching skills and meet and network with others to exchange perspectives and examine topics. Participants are encouraged to adapt ideas generated by the club experience for their classes to benefit all students.
