Join the Teaching Academy

Seeking Nominations

The WSU Teaching Academy is seeking nominations through March 28, 2025 for faculty from every college and campus to be members of the university’s premier organization dedicated to teaching excellence. At this time, applications are invited from faculty who are committed to ideas, pedagogy, innovation, and service that will energize the Teaching Academy and serve the university and its students in the best ways possible.

Please note the Teaching Academy does not open calls for nominations every academic year. Calls for nominations and submission deadlines for Teaching Academy membership, as well as other awards and grants, are periodically announced on our news page and in the WSU Insider. When calls for nominations open, this page will offer specific dates and directions. Please check back periodically or contact the Chair of the Teaching Academy with inquiries.
