Provost Media Team
The Provost Media team supports the academic mission of Washington State University by providing professional livestreaming, event recording, video production, and event/media support for university partners. We collaborate with faculty, researchers, and campus units to document scholarly events, enhance instructional content, and produce media that advances teaching, research, and public engagement. From symposia and lectures to outreach initiatives, we help bring WSU’s academic excellence to broader audiences.

- Livestreaming support (share your event live to YouTube)
- Fully virtual Zoom event support (all attendees and presenters are participating online)
- Hybrid event support (attendees and presenters are online and in person)
- Event recording (live capture of your event without Zoom or livestreaming)
- Non-camera event support (sound, projection, etc.)
- Video production
