Washington State University is implementing Activity Insight as a replacement for the WORQS annual review information system. A software product from Digital Measures, Activity Insight is designed to organize, manage, and report on faculty activities and CV data.
Among its many benefits, Activity Insight can be tailored to meet the reporting needs and goals of each unit. In particular, Activity Insight can capture, and prepare for reporting, information that must be provided to program accrediting bodies. The conversion team will be meeting with units to learn their reporting needs, and configure the program accordingly. You can learn more about Activity Insight at www.digitalmeasures.com.
The Office of the Provost has hired Greg Neunherz of the Carson College of Business to manage the conversion. He will lead the project while also maintaining some of his duties for CCB. Assistant vice provost Craig Parks serves as the liaison between the university community and the conversion team. In addition, each college has its own liaison to help coordinate a smooth transition to Activity Insight.
