PIT Stop: Creating better presentations informed by theories of multimedia learning

In this month’s Pedagogy, Innovation, and Technology (PIT) Stop, participants will learn how to apply key principles of multimedia learning to develop more effective and engaging presentations and lectures. Dr. Janet Peters, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Engagement, and Dr. Erika Offerdahl, Director of TCI, will summarize the research on multimedia learning and provide practical examples for anyone interested in communicating more effectively with visuals.
