About CCG
Crimson Community Grants support Washington State University students enduring a financial hardship by providing emergency grant aid between $200 and $1000. Financial stress and crises can have significant negative impacts on students’ wellbeing, on their ability to be engaged and successful, and even on their ability to continue pursuing their education. Crimson Community Grants supports students through a financial emergency inhibiting their ability to stay academically engaged by providing this emergency funding, as well as peer-to-peer mentoring, post-emergency advising, individualized budgeting, and resources based on the student’s situation.
Enrollment is based on income level and meeting the requirements of the program.
For more information, please contact Project Director, Maja Gillespie.
Crimson Community Grants are funded by Washington State University, corporate partners including BECU, and private individual donors from our WSU community.
